I felt that there was no concern about my health.

Very knowledgeable and she didn't have to refer to any records or look on a computer to see why we were even meeting she had gone over all my results and didn't even have to refer back to any paperwork to have the discussion we had in other words she had done her homework before I entered the building.

Laura was a more informative Dr than I've had in awhile and I respect her. She acknowledged my experience about being prescribed antibiotics and asked me if I was ok being prescribed antibiotics, I appreciate her asking. She also offered referral to a dermatologist or psychiatrist and put in the notes that if I changed my mind, I didn't need to make an appointment just make a call and I could have a referral.

NP Roy was excellent and she was able to refer me to ENT quickly. she is an asset to your office.

At first she made very little eye contact; not really a big deal. She was very thorough and she explained everything very well. It took about four times of me explaining to her that I do not live in the area (I live 4 hours away) but once she realized this we were on point.
