Samar Ibrahim, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician experienced in diagnosing, managing and treating a wide range of adult health conditions providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients, emphasizing preventive medicine, wellness and management of chronic diseases. Dr. Ibrahim sees female patients 18 years and older and male patients 50 years and older.

Dr. Ibrahim earned her medical degree with honors from Alexandria University in Egypt. She gained research experience at Indiana University before completing her internal medicine residency at Texas A&M, Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX, where she developed expertise in managing complex medical cases. Her clinical interests include hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, geriatric care, post-hospitalization care and a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Ibrahim is dedicated to patient education and emphasizes shared decision-making in her approach to care.

Dr. Ibrahim is deeply passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health through lifestyle modifications and fostering strong patient compliance. Understanding that many chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and heart disease can be significantly influenced by daily habits, she believes in a proactive approach to healthcare.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Ibrahim enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. She is fluent in English and uses translator services, including for sign language, to effectively serve a diverse patient population.
