First impressions are lasting impressions!!!! The minute Dr. Tawfik came in the room, he was pleasant and very informative about my condition. I will admit I was so worried and nervous about this whole procedure and how skillful Dr. Tawfik was. But he came in pleasant and knowledgeable and put my worries and concerns at ease.
