My provider was very professional excellent bedside manners. My concerns were addressed and explained.. Very thankful for an Exceptional provider.

Appointment felt very rushed. I didn't have a chance to ask questions. This was a yearly physical so I thought it would have been more in depth making sure to ask if I had any concerns.

In this visit I felt comfortable with the doctor. Talked, listened about my concerns. Discussed my test results where I could understand some of my abnormal results with advice on how to improve.

You always see that he shows a lot of interest in you and that really makes me put this qualification, because it is very difficult to find doctors who really care.

My care provider was all ears, very attentive and present, clear comments and recommendations toward resolving health issues presented and discussed

I heard Dr. Rouse is really good. Doctor probably do some other patient but he only stay with me for like 10 minutes and I asked him about the result of my lab. He said everything is normal and then I look at it in my chart. My cholesterol is high and my glucose is high. It's a lot in there that it's high that's all. he is a nice and good doctor. He justhis rushing.

I discussed some health issues that I was having with the Doctor and he said nothing about a follow up if it persists. He didn't order any X-ray and I let him know this has been an ongoing pain. I feel when I talk with the doctor he is not listening very well.

I come to you because the team I have sits with me and looks me in the eyes when we talk and not doing other things I know that they are listening to me

I had an appointment with Dr Rauch for my Issue. The care I received was exceptional. He showed compassion, concerned most of all professional good eye contact When we went over my health concerns. And before I left, he made sure I had a follow up for continuation of my care totally awesome.

First time ever seeing this doctor, he did not introduce himself. All he did was look at my past medications and wanted to put me back on Metformin, even when I told him I didn't want to go back on it due to stomach issues. He didn't seem to care about any concerns I had or asked if there was anything I am concerned about. He never checked my feet, and was charged a copay when this was supposed to be a physical.

Follows my labs closely and expressed to me that I could be removed off the current meds.

Acts like he doesn't have time

Love Dr. R. In Lubbock I joked that my animals got more personal care than I did. I would never say that here.

Excellent Doctor

Dr. Rauch was very nice and he listened to everything I was saying. Most doctors are inputting into the computer when I'm explaining something, but not him...he actually listened to me. It was very refreshing because I did not feel like a number.
